Can you use intimate/feminine wipes (e.g. femfresh) to clean sex toys?

I understand soap/water/baby wipes aren't entirely suitable, but would intimate feminine wipes like fem-fresh do the same job as the sex toy wipes like buzz fresh? Feminine wipes are a third of the price... Any difference?
