Well, I'm a girl and I have stretch marks on tummy. I'm not SUPER SKINNY but, I'm not FAT either. Plus girls go through puberty before guys and girls hips get wider as they go through it. Maybe as she went into it, her waist expanded leading to stretch marks. Hope this helped! Or is she feels ashamed there is this product out that helps remove stretch marks. And all girls have spaces between their breasts. Tell her she shouldn't be ashamed! :)
