Poker did I play this hand bad?

Raised from UTG +3 made it pot )called by high jack I 3 bet with ak from the cut off ( raised pot ), UTG folds high jack calls flop a q10. He checks ( pot is 1.2 and he had 3.5) so I feel I can slow play my hand by checking discussing my hand and milking him on a later street ( btw q spades and 10spades) turn 9, he bets 60 I raise all in he shows 999... What u think guys I played the hand bad? Or just got 2 outered :p...
