Should I report this guy?

Hi, I am an 18 year old gay fem boy. Lately i've been having many problems in relationships and you here at Yahoo Answers had helped me through them. I've tried to abandon relationships as a whole and focus on my modeling career, but my photographer has been sending unwelcome sexual gestures towards me. Yesterday in the studio he followed me to my car and asked me out. Me being the new, focused boy I am now, I rejected him and told him that right now I'm focusing on me. Today, he followed me into the bathroom and while I was washing my hands, he put his hands on my behind and said, "Now, how am I going to get you in my bed by tonight" Then he started rubbing my thigh. I quickly pushed him off, and me being a guy who keeps my dignity, I walked away, without saying anything. I know what he wants, and i'm sure he is never going to get it from me. I admit he is a pretty cute guy, but i feel he is not my type. And now I know he really not is. He's a perverted jerk. But should I report this guy, is that really sexual harassment. Help.
