Having a hard time finding a good girl... Help?

I'm a 22 year old guy looking for a relationship but I'm what you'd call kinda "fem" I'm not into constuction or anything like that... Ive worked "girly" jobs like Starbucks jewlery stores, etc... I also went to beauty school... My problem is that the girls I get interested in, see me as their friend and nothing more... I know I'm attractive, I get told all the time by bar skanks and mall rats but can't seem to get the attention of the girls that want a relationship... HELP!!!
