How do I make my voice sound femme?

I am gay, and I have a horrible voice. It is deep and no one wants to talk to me because it sounds monotone and deep. I am ashamed of the way I sound and have wanted to sound... Not stereotypical, but just... a tiny bit more femme. I know it is not my height, because I have several gay friends with fem voices, and I am tall AND skinny. Most of the men in my family don't have deep voices either. If anything else, is there a procedure to make it lighter? NO RUDE COMMENTS. I WILL REPORT YOU!
