How should I entertain/play with my morkie?

I have a female morkie who is about 1 year old and I can hardly get her to play with me! I wish she were more active with me..we have another dog who is a malt poo and they wrestle around! But my dog is not interested in playing ball or anything I was wondering how I can get her out of her shell some and be more open. Might I add she is very loving and sweet and she follows me everywhere so we don't have intimacy issues I just wish I could get her to play more and sleep less? Do you have any ideas??
