I have a 17th century document wrote in french can you tell me what it is?

I have 4 of them on the back there is writing looks like it was with a feather pen. The otherside looks like a playing card 1 has 4 clubs 1 has 5 spades 1 has 9 spades 1 has 3 clubs dates are 1739, 1715, 1723, 1728. Think it is wrote in french is there a way I can send you picutres of it and someone tell me what the writing says.
