My cat.. Can someone help me?

I took my cat to get spaded today. I picked her up at 4:30pm and she was completely unresponsive but still breathing so i figured that she was still under the anesthetics. It's now 11:29pm and nothing has changed. Her eyes are open and she's not blinking nor is she moving them. What's going on?? Should I take her back to the vet??
