Notice the software cheats?

Most computers are preloaded with game software, the basic ones are internet spades, internet reversi, internet hearts, solitaire , spider solitaire, etc, which are usually from MSN Zone. Has anyone ever played the internet spades, particularly when the opponents are computers? Ever notice that the computers cheat? Many times I have seen the computer opponent cut a suit then later in the hand put out a card of the same suit it cut previously. Or it will throw out a non spade card onto a spade led hand and then at the end of the hand throw out a spade after not following spades previously. You as a real player can never cheat, how come the computer players can get away with cheating?
