Please help im really stumped ?

Ok I'm a 10th grader, and I used to go to middle school with this boy who is DL (he has fb friends that are guys holding their junk, who aren't from our state and he's kinda fem and he still proclaims to be straight), my thing is I'm DL too and just want to know how I could possibly slyly get his attention . Should I poke him or message him? Wat should I say (please details) and don't judge it's extremely hard being out where we live!
