Whats wrong with my cat? Should i take her to the vet?

You know how when u get your cats spade/nuetered they shave that area? Well i was looking at my cat last night and i noticed it looks like she was recently spade/nuetered (idk which is for girls). the problem is she was spade/nuetered like 6-8 years ago. idk if the hair ever grew back or what. my other cat isnt like her. She isnt bald down there she has little baby hairs. Do u have any idea what this might be? She still acts normal. Shes still playful and happy.
