Any advice on what I should do in this situation with my friend?

Try and bring it up casually and if she doesn't have to money to pay you maybe ask for some of the stuff back, if you're good friends it won't be a big deal. However, It's a little unfair of you to expect her to know what to pay you when you didn't set a price beforehand.
